Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy operations team.The RoleThe Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the supply chain, working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, finance and sales departments.This position requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full purchase order lifecycle from placement through to delivery and reconciliation.Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Monitor shipments, delivery schedules and ETA updates.Maintain accurate stock allocations and inventory records.Manage supplier communications and resolve supply chain issues efficiently.Monitor supplier performance and escalate any delivery or quality concerns.Produce and maintain stock, operational and management reports.Ensure all supply chain data, documentation and system records remain accurate and up to date.Work closely with warehouse, sales and finance teams to support business objectives.Identify and help mitigate potential supply chain ..... full job details .....
