Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Coordinator Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Shipping and Supply Chain Coordinator to join a thriving manufacturing company based in Basingstoke due to business expansion. The successful candidate will be working alongside the purchasing and supply chain team. Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Coordinator:Support the planning and coordination of shipments of machinery and spare partsTrack shipments and help resolve issuesSupport export processesAssist with preparing and managing shipping documentationWorking with production and stores team to ensure goods are prepared, packed and ready for dispatchHelp maintain appropriate stock levelsLiaise with sales to help manage delivery expectations Requirements:Proven supply chain or shipping experience within an engineering or manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of shipping processes, with an interest in developing knowledge furtherStrong organisational skillsConfident MS Office userExperience with ERP/MRP software such as Sage or SAP is desirableHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail The Shipping and Supply Chain Coordinator Role:Starting salary of £29,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, flexibility for the right candidate22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension Scheme, Medical Cashplan If you are interested in this Shipping and Supply Chain Coordinator position, please apply below or get in contact with Jemma at Pertemps. ..... full job details .....
