Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills looking for long-term stability.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 1-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate

  • £12.82ph

Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders via telephone and email
  • Processing orders using Sage
  • Booking transport with third-party haulage companies
  • Answering incoming calls and supporting customer enquiries
  • Preparing delivery notes for deliveries and collections
  • Liaising with the operations team regarding production schedules
  • Welcoming visitors to site and conducting inductions
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues or complaints

What You''ll Need

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration
  • Confident using systems such as Sage (or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers and visitors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Own transport due to location
