As the ideal candidate you will have experience working in a materials, production or logistics supply team with knowledge of MRP systems and experience of supporting manufacturing operations.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMRP interrogation ensuring supplier materials demand aligns with the production planRelease of supplier schedules and purchase orders in a timely accurate mannerMaintain accurate supplier planning dataFacilitate supplier coordination ensuring deliveries are aligned to MRP and supplier schedule demand profileExpedite de-expedite supplier deliveries as needed in accordance with fluctuating actual demand plansEnsure timely communication of order confirmations, delivery dates, and changesAssist with stock level monitoring and highlight potential shortages or excessesPrepare routine materials supply chain reports, including KPIs, delivery performance, and inventory metricsSupport the Materials Manager and supply chain team as needed with all associate day to day tasksSkills/Experience EssentialProven experience in a supply chain, materials control, or purchasing environment, ideally ..... full job details .....
