Supply Chain Coordinator (Goods In and Shipping) Location: Whetstone Salary: £24,784.50 £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am 4:30pm (37.5 hours, 30-minute unpaid break) About the Role Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their Supply Chain team in Whetstone. This role focuses on goods receiving, stock control, and shipping, with full training provided. You ll play a key part in ensuring materials are handled carefully, tracked accurately, and prepared to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on, varied role within a supportive and high-performing team. What You ll Be Doing Receive materials and finished goods and update the ERP system. Maintain accurate stock records, traceability and conduct stock checks. Monitor production consumables and coordinate replenishment. Prepare, pack, label and document finished goods for shipment. Create shipments and arrange courier/freight collections. Monitor shipments and maintain shipping records. Prepare customer documentation and Certificates of Conformity. Process shipping orders and support customs documentation. Release work orders and distribute production paperwork. Support inspection requests, quality documentation and general stores duties. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Planning, Suppliers and Customers. What We re Looking For Essential: Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain.
