This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including order management, shipping coordination, inventory control, and maintaining data integrity within systems. The Co-ordinator ensures the timely and accurate flow of materials, products, and documentation between suppliers, factories, warehouses, and customers across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Order & Shipment Management Coordinate FE shipping calls, ensuring clear and timely communication between freight forwarders, factories, and warehouses. Manage Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP, including creation, updates, and transfers between factories and warehouses. Handle customer bookings and accurately confirm delivery schedules. Process deliveries in SAP, including retrieving and uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
