About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator role based in Stonehouse involves supporting customer orders, invoicing, and outbound logistics on a temporary basis, paying between £14 and £16 per annum. Working closely with customers, manufacturing, warehouse teams, and freight providers, you will process orders, generate invoices, coordinate shipments, and book freight with carriers. Tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and handling customer queries, returns, credits, and claims are key duties. Ensuring export documentation remains accurate and compliant is essential, alongside general administrative support. Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or administration is required, alongside strong organisational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements
Previous customer service, order processing, or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
SAP experience is desirable
Knowledge of export processes or commodity codes is advantage
