Working across Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Regulatory teams, you will coordinate stock, deliveries, suppliers and documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, company SOPs and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Key Responsibilities Coordinate deliveries, shipments and product availability, working closely with suppliers, customers, warehouses and logistics providers. Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates and product movements to maintain accurate inventory and traceability. Check incoming pharmaceutical products, documentation and supplier status for compliance and authenticity. Create and manage batch priority lists based on commercial forecasts. Support stock reconciliation, investigate discrepancies and minimise stock-outs and expired stock.
