Supply Planning Coordinator | Supply Chain & Logistics

Are you an experienced Supply Planning Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator or Logistics Coordinator looking for your next temporary opportunity? Join a busy supply chain team where you''ll play a key role in coordinating supplier orders, warehouse deliveries and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier orders from purchase order through to warehouse delivery.
• Chase order confirmations, production updates and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve shortages, delays and delivery issues.
• Keep customers updated on order status and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse and Operations teams.
• Escalate supply risks to maintain excellent service levels.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service or a coordination role.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, warehouses and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP or order management system experience is desirable.
