Supply Chain CoordinatorLocation: Chichester, West SussexSalary: 27,000 - 30,000 DOEWe are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Chichester.Reporting to the Head of Planning and Procurement, you will play a part in managing a set of suppliers, maintain an accurate order book, and ensure materials arrive on time to support smooth production.Job OverviewManage relationships with allocated suppliers and maintain accurate order informationChase suppliers for order acknowledgements and confirm delivery datesKeep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updated with accurate delivery informationProactively monitor the order book and identify potential supply risksResolve supplier and internal issues, escalating where requiredCommunicate order delays clearly to relevant internal teamsHandle quotation requests for new orders within allocated supplier categoriesRelay quality control concerns to suppliers where requiredRequirementsExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system would be desirablePrevious exposure to purchasing, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment would be advantageousStrong communication skills with confidence dealing with suppliers and colleaguesGood attention to detail and a methodical approachConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookProactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issuesAbility to prioritise and ..... full job details .....
