This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of fresh produce through the supply chain, ensuring customer demand is met while maintaining product availability, minimising waste and supporting high service levels. You will work closely with commercial teams, growers, suppliers and third-party packing sites to ensure accurate stock management and efficient order fulfilment. Supply Chain Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily produce arrivals and ensure stock is accurately received onto company systems. Generate receiving documentation and arrival reports for growers and packhouses. Monitor and reconcile stock levels against system records. Support product rotation to minimise waste and maximise profitability. Process customer orders and manage amendments. Allocate stock against customer demand and proactively manage potential shortages. Coordinate supply requirements across third-party packing facilities.
