Supply Chain Controller

Our client, a leading UK defence company, are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Controller to join their dynamic supply chain function in Yeovil.Role: Supply Chain ControllerDuration: 6 monthsSalary: 26 p/hour (Inside IR35)Location: Yeovil (Hybrid)As a Supply Chain Controller, you will focus on monitoring and controlling critical items, supporting supply chain execution, and providing insightful reporting to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Collate and analyse details on key critical items for specific programs and customersEnsure concise and accurate feedback to Senior Leadership Teams (SLT/SVPs)Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks for internal reviewsLiaise with internal stakeholders at various levels on key supply chain issuesAssist with implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiativesOccasionally travel to build cross-location relationshipsSupport the Supply Chain Manager with additional duties as requiredYou will also help implement new processes, liaise with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to overall supply chain efficiency.Key Requirements: Experience in a supply chain enviornmentProficiency with company standard software, including SAP and ConcurAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levelsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support process ..... full job details .....
