Supply Chain Compliance Manager Horsham / Watford (Hybrid) Up to £50,000 Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Compliance Manager to join a well-established organisation within the construction and infrastructure sector. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance and onboarding of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants across multiple locations. This position sits within the Supply Chain and Procurement function and plays a crucial role in ensuring that all supply chain partners meet strict governance, competency and regulatory standards. The Role As Supply Chain Compliance Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the onboarding and verification of vendors. You will oversee the full compliance process, ensuring all suppliers meet legal, statutory and health and safety requirements before working on projects. You will also play a key role in managing upcoming legislative changes relating to building safety and compliance, requiring strong analytical skills and an understanding of regulatory frameworks. This role will manage a team of five coordinators across two locations (Horsham and Watford) and will require strong leadership and coaching capability alongside hands-on involvement in compliance processes.
