We''re partnering with a well-established FMCG manufacturer to hire a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support their Supply Chain function.

This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, challenge thinking, and turn data into action.

What you''ll be doing

• Partnering with Supply Chain leaders to influence decisions and performance
• Turning financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and driving improvements

What we''re looking for

• Finance Business Partner experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Strong stakeholder management - able to challenge and influence
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data, not just report it
• Ideally qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), but experience is key
