Supply Chain Assistant
The role We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our client as a part-time Supply Chain Assistant. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage in their career, or looking for a flexible position, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a busy supply chain environment. You''ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer. The role is primarily administrative, supporting day-to-day supply chain activities while gaining exposure to key processes such as inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination.Key responsibilitiesMaintain accurate stock records and support inventory managementAssist with order processing and tracking deliveriesCoordinate UK transport for inbound and outbound shipmentsOrganise and manage supply chain documentation (digital and physical)Provide general administrative support across day-to-day supply chain operationsAbout YouStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood communication skills, both written and verbalBasic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)You are also:Reliable and punctualPositive, with a willingness to learnAble to approach problems in a calm and practical wayAdaptable and able to manage changing prioritiesAble to work in the office location No prior experience is required - this role is well suited to someone looking to start or develop a career in supply chain or logistics.Flexible part-time working ..... full job details .....
