Supply Chain Assistant - 6 month FTCCoventry Immediate Start £30K-£40K PER ANNUMA manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Assistant to support in- and out-bound logistics flows at a modern production facility in Coventry.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale manufacturing operation. You will play a key role in organising material requirements planning, controlling inventory accuracy, and managing supplier performance while helping to optimise long-term warehouse and delivery workflows.ResponsibilitiesOrganising material requirements planning (MRP) and production schedulingControlling inventory accuracy and auditing stock levels within the warehouseManaging in- and out-bound flows of finished goods, consumables, and componentsTracking supplier performance metrics (such as OTIF - On Time In Full)Generating and controlling invoicing for both suppliers and customersMaintaining ERP data accuracy and adjusting forecasts based on actual consumptionAnalysing stock data to identify and reduce unused or unnecessary inventoryDriving continuous improvement initiatives across the local supply chain departmentExperienceBachelor''s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience2 to 5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environmentStrong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsBackground within the automotive manufacturing sector is highly desirableProven experience independently ..... full job details .....
