Morson are working with the UK''s Leading Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join the team and to be based at the Derby site.Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management: Monitoring supplier performance.Conducting load and capacity analysis.Assessing rate readiness.Managing supply chain intelligence.Overseeing transfer of work.Coordinating design change industrialisation.Quality Management: Correcting non-conformities, including Events, SARI, QSR, and Concessions.Implementing and managing APQP and the quality improvement plan (SQIP) to prevent issues.Risk Management: Identifying and assessing risks.Developing and executing mitigation plans.Ensuring governance of risk management processes.Required Skills
