Supply and Purchasing Manager - Birmingham (Hybrid Working) - 6 Months - Inside IR35Our client a global telecommunications organisation are looking for an experienced Supply and Purchasing Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.This role will play a key part in managing supply planning, purchasing activities and supplier engagement, ensuring products and services are delivered efficiently while balancing customer demand, inventory levels and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage supply planning and purchasing activities across the supply chainSupport demand forecasting and inventory optimisationWork closely with suppliers to ensure continuity of supplyMonitor supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive purchasing governance and best practice processesMitigate supply risks and resolve sourcing challengesCollaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial and procurement teamsProduce reporting and insights to support decision-makingExperience RequiredStrong background in supply chain, purchasing or procurement managementExperience within complex operational environmentsKnowledge of supply planning, forecasting and inventory managementProven supplier management and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience driving process improvements and operational efficienciesDesirableTelecommunications experienceExperience working within large, complex ..... full job details .....
