Supply Chain and Production Coordinator

They are now looking to add to the team with the recruitment of a Supply Chain Coordinator THE LOCATION: Market Weighton THE ROLE: Raise and manage purchase orders for proprietary and production parts. Maintain accurate supplier records and product data in Business Central and Netstock. Track product lifecycle from RandD release to stock readiness. Send out quotation requests and manage basic procurement tasks. Monitor and update exchange rates, shipping costs, and raw material prices. Identify and report discrepancies in BOMs and engineering drawings. Load and configure Assembly Orders for production jobs. Schedule and reprioritise production based on order and capacity. Communicate lead times and schedule changes with Sales and Warehouse. Order profiled parts and components to meet production demand. Raise, track, and close NCRs in coordination with relevant departments. Analyse NCRs for KPI reporting. Ensure returned stock is correctly recorded and reconciled Support process improvement initiatives across supply chain and production.
