Junior Supply Chain and Product Executive - FMCGLocation: Lymington, Hampshire (1 day WFH Friday)Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE + career development opportunitiesRequirements: Must have a carAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Supply Chain and Product Executive to support the delivery of high-quality FMCG products across our international supply chain.This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career (1-3 years'' experience) in supply chain, product, operations, or quality, who wants exposure to:Supplier management (China / Far East)Product specifications, sampling, and production timelinesThird-party inspections and quality controlCross-functional supply chain operationsYou will work closely with the Quality Product Manager, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure products meet specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Specifications and DocumentationSupport creation and updating of FMCG product specifications and production documentsEnsure accurate communication with suppliers on materials, packaging, branding, and labellingMaintain organised digital and physical product filesSampling and Product SupportManage pre-production, production, and final samplesTrack sample timelines and follow up with suppliersReview samples against specifications and highlight discrepanciesOrganise reference and approved samplesSupply Chain and Order TrackingLiaise with suppliers via email and video callsTrack multiple orders through ..... full job details .....
