Managing and responding to queries promptly.Liaising between departments and ensuring seamless processes.Communicating with customers on status of orders and deliveries.Managing stock control.Booking delivery dates for manual and pre-booked orders.Updating and managing the excel databases and spreadsheets.Data uploads for e-platform customers i.e., like Zalando, NEXT etc.Analysing customer orders and dates of those orders.Creating and issuing of pick sheets, order confirmations, packing lists etc.This is a permanent role, office based Mon-Fri from 830am-5pm Permanent
