Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist- Engineering- Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing engineering company-looking for a highly organised, proactive Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist-to join their team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands engineering parts and components, can think on their feet, and enjoys finding smarter, more cost-effective ways to source materials.

The role of-the Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist:

• Managing procurement of engineering parts and materials

• Building strong supplier relationships and negotiating pricing

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers

• Ensuring critical components are sourced efficiently and on time

• Supporting engineering teams with technical purchasing decisions

The ideal Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist:

• Procurement / supply chain experience in engineering or manufacturing

• Knowledge of technical parts or components

• Highly organised, efficient, and commercially minded

• Confident problem solver who can react quickly when challenges arise
