Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Escape is working in partnership to support them in recruiting a Supply & Logistics Coordinator for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract supporting the supply chain function during a busy operational period.

The role focuses on maintaining continuity of supply, coordinating logistics activity and supporting planning requirements across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics and supply coordination
• Plan and schedule shipments across mainland and island routes
• Work with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and internal teams
• Monitor and manage stock held in external warehouses
• Support customer demand and ensure product availability
• Assist with planning activities, including materials/production where required
• Resolve operational issues relating to scheduling, capacity and delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or planning
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Materials or production planning experience beneficial
