Role: Supply Chain Admin
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid - 3 days office based)
Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract (inside IR35)
Pay: -17 - -19 per hour PAYE or -22 - -24.45 per hour Umbrella
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Admin to join one of our clients, a global organisation based in Burgess Hill.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience in supply chain administration (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Confident IT skills, including Excel and reporting tools
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day support across supply chain operations
- Manage purchase orders and resolve queries in SAP
- Ensure data entry and master data management is accurate and up to date
- Support material set-up, amendments, and updates in systems
- Monitor supply chain processes to ensure smooth order-to-invoice flow
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support operational efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the supply chain function
