The role acts as a key point of contact for suppliers, coordinating purchase orders, product queries, lead times, dispatch dates and product issues, while analysing sales and reorder levels to support effective stock planning. The position also supports the goods-in process, maintains accurate inventory data and internal systems, and works closely with Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams to resolve stock discrepancies and process customer returns and credits. The role is essential in maintaining accurate supply chain records, following established processes and ensuring goods and information flow efficiently throughout the business.
