Key Responsibilities:Material Setup:- Ensure 100% accuracy in 3rd party material data entry. - Obtain Instrument Acceptance Forms (IAFs) and create equipment records in SAP.PO Management:- Resolve logistics-related 3rd party purchase order issues promptly. - Monitor and process new requests for standard and urgent materials using Smartsheet.Data Management:- Regularly update and maintain key data, ensuring optimal inventory customer setup. - Address amendments and changes to 3rd party materials as needed.
