This is a high-impact role with the scope to shape how the service operates, influence strategy, and drive meaningful improvements. You''ll have the autonomy to embed best practice, enhance performance, and ensure the service evolves in line with business needs. About the Role As Service Manager, you''ll lead the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continual improvement of this critical service. You''ll play a central role in ensuring it consistently meets business requirements, customer expectations, and operational standards - balancing performance, cost, and risk. Working closely with portfolio service owners, support teams, vendors, and key stakeholders across our Supply Chain function, you''ll ensure the service is stable, optimised, and aligned with business priorities. You''ll also take a hands-on approach to developing your understanding of our supply chain operations, particularly the batch processes that underpin replenishment.
