Supplier Relationship Manager

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager for an initial nine-month assignment with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Andover or WhittingtonAbout the role: You will be responsible for leading on the management of the supply chain and supplier performance, resilience and fragility. The ideal candidate will hold Active SC and have a strong background in delivery Supplier Relationship Management support, with the following skills and experience:Experience of being point of contact for key suppliers, colleagues and customers in respect of SRM, facilitating an interface into the Commercial department.Experience of ensuring that Supplier Relationship Management methodologies and best practice is utilised throughout the life cycle of the projects, programmes and procurements.Experience of supporting to the development of the Supplier Relationship Strategy.Knowledge of Supply Chain Mapping and Contingency Planning. ..... full job details .....
