This role will focus on a national retail account, ensuring that all supplier interactions align with company objectives, budgets, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication. Foster and maintain strong relationships between OCS and its suppliers, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration. Oversee and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure they are met in line with company budgets and expectations.
