This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in ensuring supplier quality performance supports the delivery of some of the world''s most desirable vehicles. As Supplier Quality Leader, you will take ownership of supplier quality performance within the Chassis and Body Mechanisms commodity area, driving continuous improvement throughout serial production. Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead the resolution of quality concerns, ensure robust containment actions are implemented, and drive effective root cause analysis and corrective action to prevent recurrence. You will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance through key quality metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring suppliers meet the high standards expected within a premium automotive manufacturing environment. The role will involve reviewing supplier processes, conducting audits, supporting engineering and manufacturing change activities, and leading supplier escalation plans where required to protect production continuity and customer satisfaction.
