Supplier Quality Engineer

Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) on behalf of our client operating in the marine sector. This is an exciting opportunity, suitable for someone with previous experience as a Quality Engineer or Supplier Quality Engineer, or alternatively someone new to the field with transferable skills in quality, manufacutring or inspection. In this position you will be ensuring that all materials and components supplied to manufacturing facilities meet the organisations quality standards, and supporting these suppliers, helping them to develop and improve their quality systems and ensuring compliance to requirements.This opportunity is offering a salary of 35-42,000 (negotiable depending on experience), and operates on a hybrid-working basis (to be discussed). This position does include some international travel liaising with warehouse teams and suppliers, so individuals must be comfortable with travel and able to stay away for 2 or so nights at a time.
