Working in conjunction with procurement, Quality and Programme teams to proactively identify and address supply chain quality issuesDrive continuous improvement activitiesContinually reduce the number of defects during the manufacturing cycleSupport and execute risk-based annual audit plan, prepare, execute, measure and monitorImproving supplier performance and Quality capabilityOverseeing and approving First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)Following up on any Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)Required skills and experiences

Senior Quality EngineerProven experience in quality management within a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with quality certification and regulatory standards, including EN 9100HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant fieldEffective stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to challenge and drive an improvement-based cultureAuditing skillsDesirable experience
