Supplier Onboarding Manager to;36k DOE Are you an experienced onboarding, supplier management or operations professional with a passion for delivering great experiences and improving processes? We are looking for a Supplier Onboarding Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for ensuring suppliers are onboarded smoothly, efficiently and successfully. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, operational management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You will take ownership of the end-to-end supplier onboarding journey, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything is in place for successful activation. The Role As Supplier Onboarding Manager, you will lead and manage the supplier onboarding function, ensuring suppliers receive a consistent, efficient and positive experience from initial engagement through to successful activation. You will work collaboratively across the business, partnering with teams including Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT and other key stakeholders to ensure onboarding activity is delivered within agreed timescales and service expectations. You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance the supplier experience, including supporting automation and new ways of working.
