Description
- Manage supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed terms and service levels.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive mutual value and innovation.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance against KPIs and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement and supply chain requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within supplier arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and policies.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements.
- Support the development and implementation of category strategies.
Profile
A successful Supplier Manager should have:
- Experience in supplier management and procurement within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- A relevant qualification in procurement or supply chain management is desirable.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from -55,596 to -65,966 per annum.
