The role WasteRecruit is working with a leading compliance company to recruit a Supplier Engagement Advisor to support the collection and quality of supplier data used to calculate clients'' environmental compliance obligations. You will work closely with suppliers, Data Administrators, Account Managers and Data Team Managers, helping external contacts understand what information is required and guiding them through the submission process. This is a varied role combining customer service, structured follow-up and data checking. You will communicate by email, telephone and live chat, present webinars, review submitted evidence and maintain accurate supplier records using internal systems, Excel and CRM tools.
