Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join their Procurement Excellence team on a 6 month contract basis. The team operates at an international Group level, providing specialist support to Procurement and senior management. This role will focus on supplier due diligence, onboarding, data management and working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

Role: Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst
Pay: Up to -27.38 per hour via Umbrella
Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 6 month contract
Location: Stevenage
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS to start, SC Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-procurement supplier due diligence using third-party tools and recommend assessments for compliance validation.
• Manage supplier onboarding processes and ensure accurate supplier data.
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Procurement and wider business stakeholders.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support supplier management.
• Ensure processes are completed accurately and in line with relevant requirements

Essential Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Experience in supplier onboarding, KYC or due diligence.
• Knowledge of Defence and Aerospace regulations.
• Understanding of ISO 37001 (Ethics) and ISO 9001 (Quality).
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Experience with Ivalua would be advantageous.
• SAP experience would be beneficial.
