Collaboration with suppliers to identify root cause(s) of manufacturing and special process issues and lead implementation of resolutions (containment and countermeasures). Management of supplier DR process (non-conforming product). Hands on approach to fully understand quality issues identified and challenge where necessary. Management of supplier scorecard process, tracking performance against identified KPI’s, identifying opportunities to drive improvement and ensuring these are embedded into supplier processes. Participate in Supplier Performance Management Reviews, working closely with colleagues in Supply Chain and other departments. Management/development of FAIR/PPAP process.
