Supplier DemonstratorTemporary / Contract (Until end of year - pilot programme) 15- 16 phrRole OverviewWe are recruiting Supplier Demonstrators to support an exciting in-store promotion with a large retailer, promoting a range of boilers and air conditioning systems.You will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales within a retail environment. This role is key to driving awareness, confidence, and conversion for these product ranges.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers in-store to promote boilers and air conditioning productsDemonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidentlySupport customers with queries, including basic energy-related questions (full training provided)Encourage and influence purchasing decisions through positive interactionsWork closely with the store colleagues to drive salesMaintain a professional and knowledgeable presence at all timesEnsure promotional areas are well presented and stocked with materialsProvide feedback and reporting on customer engagement and sales activityWorking Pattern6 days per weekCore days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, MondayPlus 1 additional day per week (as agreed)Retail hours (including weekends)What We''re Looking ForEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident approaching and speaking to customersTarget-driven with a proactive attitudeReliable, punctual, and professionalAbility to work independently in a retail ..... full job details .....
