You will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting sales within a retail environment. This role is key to driving awareness, confidence, and conversion for these product ranges. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in-store to promote boilers and air conditioning products Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently Support customers with queries, including basic energy-related questions (full training provided) Encourage and influence purchasing decisions through positive interactions Work closely with the store colleagues to drive sales Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence at all times Ensure promotional areas are well presented and stocked with materials Provide feedback and reporting on customer engagement and sales activity Working Pattern 6 days per week Core days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sund...
