Salary: -16,500 + bonus potential
Working Pattern: 3 days per week
Weekend Working: 2 weekends a month in their Surbiton store
Additional Travel: Flexibility required to provide cover at the Surbiton store

We''re recruiting for a Part-Time Supervisor to join a successful and growing business in Sutton.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll support the day-to-day running of the store, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and ensure high operational standards are maintained.

A key attraction of the role is the working pattern. You''ll work 3 days per week.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Handle customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
• Support the day-to-day running of the store
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
• Complete administration and customer documentation accurately
• Take responsibility for the store when required
• Provide occasional cover at the Surbiton store
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, sales or customer service
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Positive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible to travel to Surbiton when required

• -16,560 basic salary
