The role will be primarily based in Croydon, with travel required to support 3 additional stores around the Croydon area. A full UK driving licence would be preferred, however this is not essential due to the strong local transport links between sites. Travel will be shared across the team where possible.Work pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with evenings off and reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and elevate customer service standards.Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met.Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.Achieve store and company KPIs.Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store.Provide support across 3 additional stores around the Croydon area when required.Lead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused store environment.About YouEnthusiastic and energetic, with a passion ..... full job details .....
