Role Overview As Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the soft play centre during your shift. You''ll be a hands-on leader, ensuring exceptional customer service, staff coordination, and that health and safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities When necessary, act as the senior point of contact during your shift, taking full operational responsibility for the centre. Lead, motivate, and support team members, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Ensure a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Oversee daily checklists, rotas, and staff breaks to ensure smooth shift management.
