Job Title:-Re-Roofing Supervisor
Location:-Runnymede and surrounding areas
Salary:45,000 per annum
Job Type:-Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Re-Roofing Supervisor to oversee roofing projects across Runnymede and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual with strong roofing knowledge and supervisory experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on re-roofing projects (pitched and flat roofs)
• Lead and coordinate roofing operatives and subcontractors on site
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality standards
• Support project planning, scheduling, and material coordination
• Conduct regular site inspections and deliver toolbox talks
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager
• Ensure effective use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience within roofing, particularly re-roofing projects
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and methods
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Valid CSCS card
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
