Duties:Manage and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in line with project plans.Health, Safety and ComplianceSupervise and lead a team of operatives, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project milestones.Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Liaise with Site Managers, Engineers, and other key personnel to resolve any issues that arise.Enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card, EUSR, and site policies.Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.Ensure workers adhere to proper use of PPE and comply with site-specific safety protocols.Identify potential hazards and take immediate corrective action to mitigate risks.Oversee site first aid provisions, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.Requirements and Qualifications:SMSTS Certification - Ability to manage and enforce health and safety regulations on site.CSCS Gold Card - Demonstrates a high level of skill and competency in construction supervision.EUSR ..... full job details .....
