Supervisor

Site Supervisor Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a major water treatment infrastructure project. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Oversee civil engineering, groundworks, drainage, concrete, and associated construction activities within a water treatment environment. Lead site operatives, plant operators, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain safe and productive working practices. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, RAMS, permits, and project requirements. Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and site access to maintain productivity and meet project milestones. Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project standards. Work closely with the Site Manager, Engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery. Promote a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture, particularly on live or operational water treatment sites. Complete daily site records, inspections, briefings, and toolbox talks. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Civil Engineering Supervisor, or similar. Strong experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally within the water treatment, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
