My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong water and civils background to join an established project team. Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Toolbox talks Supervising site operatives and subcontractors Managing day-to-day site activities Allocating labour, plant and materials Client liaison Health and safety compliance Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Maintaining quality standards and site records Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site Site Supervisor Requirements: SSSTS CSCS Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure sites is essential Strong civil engineering background Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
