Role Overview We are looking for an experienced, site-based Repairs Supervisor to oversee our planned maintenance and upgrade programmes across Luton. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom upgrades, boiler replacements, central heating installs, and window replacements. Key Responsibilities Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, monitor, and manage supply chain subcontractors across multiple trades, ensuring work is delivered to specification. On-Site Supervision: Conduct daily site visits across the Luton area to monitor progress, quality of work and adherence to schedules.
