You''ll be hands-on, visible, and trusted to make things happen - coaching your team in the moment, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every guest gets the Butlin''s experience they came for. Reporting to: Manager Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days) Plus: Flexible time across departments the rest of the week, wherever the action needs you most What You''ll Be Doing What you''ll be doing Leading from the front - keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time Coaching the team to hit key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores Owning CAFF audits in accommodation, and relevant audits in whichever department you''re supporting Making sure guests always find what they need, when they need it Keeping an eye on NPS and guest feedback, and turning it into real action Championing the Butlin''s Values and Leadership Behaviours every day Being the voice that connects Manager plans to team delivery - clearly, consistently, brilliantly Building strong relationships across your resort, other resorts, and central support teams Supporting your people through their whole ..... full job details .....
