Role Overview:- To manage and coordinate major-works across the housing stock, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time and to specification Duties include: Conduct inspections to ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. Allocate jobs to in-house teams or external contractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness and risk assessments. Liaise with tenants, housing officers, lettings teams, and contractors to coordinate smooth handovers and effective communication. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
