Supervisor (Passive Fire)

A leading specialist contractor is seeking a Fire Protection Supervisor to join their team, working across fire door installation and remediation contracts on social housing stock in Sheffield.-

The Role

You will supervise site teams to ensure fire protection works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes:

• Overseeing fire door installation and remediation projects

• Coordinating operatives and subcontractors on site

• Ensuring compliance with specifications and fire safety standards

• Assisting operatives on occasion to support the team and maintain schedules

• Managing daily site activities, reporting, and documentation

About You

• Experience in social housing projects is desirable

• Strong understanding of fire door systems and installation/remediation practices

• Flexible and hands-on, happy to assist operatives when needed

• Excellent communication and team-working skills

• Willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties as required

Package & Benefits

• Base salary: -45,000 - -60,000
